EatRight is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice. The content, scores, analysis, and recommendations within the App:

• Are for informational and educational purposes only
• Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition
• Should not be relied upon as medical advice or used in place of consultation with a qualified healthcare provider
• May not account for your complete health status, medications, or individual medical needs
• Are based on general nutritional guidelines and may not apply to your specific situation

5. Allergen Information

EatRight may detect and flag common allergens based on label data. However, do not rely solely on EatRight for allergen detection if you have a serious food allergy or anaphylactic reaction history. Always read the original product label carefully and consult your doctor or allergist.

6. Permitted Use

You may use EatRight for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functioning

EatRight and all content within it, including but not limited to the interface, design, logos, and software, are the property of Webcastle Media and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. EatRight is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Webcastle Media does not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

9. Limitation of Liability
